Terms of Service
Last updated September 2, 2026
These Terms govern your access to Hunna's website, finance software, and related services (the "Services"). Hunna is not currently incorporated, so these Terms require legal review and completion of the operating entity, notice address, legal-contact email, governing law, and dispute process before a production launch or sale of paid Services.
1. The Services
Hunna provides or may provide business-finance organization, analysis, reporting, forecasting, bookkeeping assistance, and AI-assisted decision-support tools. Features may change or depend on your plan, location, data, and integrations. Hunna is not an accounting firm, bank, broker, investment adviser, law firm, or tax adviser. Outputs, including AI outputs, are informational and may contain errors.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it and will comply with applicable laws.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, safeguard credentials, maintain appropriate user permissions, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by Hunna's breach.
4. Plans, payments, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance according to checkout terms and may include taxes. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Except where law or an offer requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We may change future pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Your data and AI features
You retain ownership of data you submit and grant Hunna a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and technically transform it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services or follow your instructions. This license includes processing content through AI features you choose to use. You represent that you have the required rights and are responsible for appropriate exports and backups. Before a third-party AI feature launches, Hunna must state whether customer content is used to train that provider's models and the available controls.
6. Acceptable use
You may not break laws or infringe rights; commit fraud; submit harmful content; attempt unauthorized access; probe security; disrupt service; distribute malware; evade limits; reverse engineer except where expressly permitted by law; use outputs as a substitute for legally required professional review; or resell access without permission.
7. Third-party services
The website and web app currently rely on Vercel for hosting and delivery, PostHog for analytics and error tracking, Stripe for payments and subscriptions, and Resend for service and transactional email. A Google Forms evaluation endpoint will receive the submitted fields described in the Privacy Policy only if it is activated with a valid endpoint. OpenAI-powered features are planned but not yet enabled; their provider terms and data practices will apply once launched and are described in the Privacy Policy. Integrations and future services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Hunna is not responsible for third-party services or availability. You authorize us to exchange data with an integration only as needed to carry out your instructions.
8. Intellectual property and feedback
Hunna and its licensors own the Services, software, designs, trademarks, documentation, and related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services internally. We may use feedback without restriction, but feedback does not transfer ownership of your confidential business data.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to address security risk, nonpayment, unlawful use, material breach, or harm. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.
10. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. HUNNA DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS ARE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR FINANCIAL, ACCOUNTING, TAX, OR LEGAL PURPOSE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUNNA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY. HUNNA'S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID HUNNA DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Hunna from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, your data, your breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
13. Law and disputes
A governing-law and dispute-resolution provision cannot be finalized until Hunna establishes its operating entity and principal place of business. Hunna's intention to incorporate in Delaware and establish a future San Francisco headquarters does not create either today. This section must be completed by counsel before production launch. Mandatory consumer rights and forums remain unaffected.
14. General terms
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version. If a provision is unenforceable, the others remain effective. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; Hunna may assign them during a reorganization or transfer of the Services.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent through the Hunna support channel available on our website or in the Services. A dedicated legal-contact email and legal notice address do not yet exist and must be added before production launch.
